The practice of Sheng Zhen Gong will teach you how to align with the movement of the cosmos and the rhythms of nature.
When we truly become still, even while moving, there is an alignment in the zone between you and the qi where the qi begins to carry the movement. The deeper you can go into your attention on this without expectations , the more you can feel the qi and how it dances and moves through and around us.
While our earthly bodies will always feel some kind of ache or pain or tension in varying degrees, the fresh qi can unblock and heal these areas of tension and contraction.
The more we allow the qi to come in by relaxing into the movements and the more we listen, sense and feel intimately close to the qi, the deeper the healing will be.
After your qi gong practice, it's always a good idea to take plenty of time to bath in the healing qi that you've just cultivated. Really relax in it, drop in deeper, allow the qi to work it's magic and settle where it needs to be. Feel filled up through and through and enjoy.
