Heaven Nature Contemplation
The practice of Heaven Nature Practice gifts the practitioner with the experience of the sacredness of one’s body. The grace that is developed in the practice is simply a reflection of the true nature of the human Heart which is full of compassion and innate goodness. As the qi flows through the body through the practice, little by little, it does its work of opening the Heart of the practitioner, releasing the blockages, dissolve physical and emotional pain. Enjoy the graceful standing movements and see your body as a boat carrying you on a journey of discovering the meaning and joy of life. We suggest pregnant women practice this form; the movements along with their contemplations help one to feel a strong sense of connection and Love as well as to prepare for changes within the family. In a sense, this applies to every person; each person is like a reborn baby, needing to be connected to the power of Love. Through Heaven Nature Practice, you can invite Love and qi to nourish the true self. As with all standing forms, the movements may be modified for sitting.
Heart Mind as One
This qigong is for calming the disposition. A calm disposition has no worries and is able to nurture qi. A calm disposition is empty; it has no cares. Qi is in harmony and the body is in balance. This practice is both moving and non-moving. The physical movements are for cultivating qi. The inner stillness is to bring you back to the heart. When the physical movements have ceased, your Heart experiences its original purity. It is then that you are released from your past confusions and difficulties.
Return to Spring
This form of Sheng Zhen Meditation is inspired by the harmony found in nature. The natural balance found in the moon’s path around the earth can also be experienced within our own bodies’ movements. Breathing is natural. Go into a space of emptiness. Enter into nothing. In your Heart and in your mind everything is perfect. The power inherent in this qigong comes through when we return to our natural state of being.
Releasing the Heart
Practicing Releasing the Heart has the power to bring about peace by removing distinctions between people and reducing conflicts and quarrels. It is a uniquely carefree and vigorous form. This practice has the power to alleviate the Heart’s depressions. Practice this form in whatever manner is the most natural and comfortable for you and relish in your happy and peaceful Heart.
