Quiet the heart and learn to sleep calmly and deeply no matter the concerns of the world. Insomnia, sleep problems, or simply not getting enough sleep is a big problem for health. Even if you sleep well, increasing sleep quality is usually possible.

This 3-hour workshop will focus on Sheng Zhen movements and non-moving meditation including "Nine Turns" laying down meditation (great for sleep, chronic illness, and relaxation).

Jing was going to teach this workshop in-person in Germany. Due to COVID, she is teaching it virtually and it is open to all. This will be taught in English with German translation (Jing speaks both languages).
