This 28-week series will be taught by Master Li, with assistance from Teacher Li Jing. The purpose of this form is to integrate the mind and heart with nature through movements that cleanse and circulate qi, creating a sense of fullness within you. We hope you will join us in this powerful form.
Prerequisites: applicants must know Healing Stage One and at least one standing form. If you have not yet met the prerequisites but want to join, please email support@shengzhen.org to find out how to get access to the prerequisite series.

NOTE: time will change for some of the world in October or November but the class time will remain at 9pm Beijing, China time.
Replays: replays will be posted to Heart Space (you will receive login with registration). Replay access for 2 months after the end.
