Located at the stunning Villa Maria del Mar, Santa Cruz, California, this retreat begins Monday, Aug. 10, at 4pm and ends Friday, Aug. 14, at 2 pm

This is a beautiful, nurturing space overlooking the ocean. There is room for 60 participants, with single and double rooms, 3 meals, and snacks daily. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options, and a refrigerator and microwave are available for those who need something different.

The closest airport is San Jose, about 40 minutes away. San Francisco is about 90 minutes. We will have 4 practice sessions daily, with seated meditation, Sheng Zhen moving forms, and Tai Chi Relaxation. Multiple Sheng Zhen teachers will lead the sessions. 

There is enough space for 60 participants. We'll look at transportation options when people have registered. Depending on the number of people traveling together, going to and from the airport may cost $25-70 each way. If you travel light, there is a less expensive public transportation option.
