Part of the suggested third step when learning Sheng Zhen, Heaven Nature Meditation is comprised of ten graceful movements and associated contemplations and is practiced standing up.  (Movements can be modified for sitting, if necessary.)

Heaven Nature Meditation gifts the practitioner with the experience of the sacredness of the body, which is considered one’s boat on the journey to love. The grace that develops through the practice is a reflection of the compassion and grace that is revealed as the heart is opened.  This practice benefits all, but is especially recommended for pregnant women since it helps build a strong sense of love and helps one adapt to change.

Excerpt from the contemplation from the first movement, Boat Rowing in the Stream of Air:

This is a very soft and gentle movement. This cultivates virtue and good character. Clouds rise up from the mist. The heart follows the mind. Cheerful thoughts are wandering through the mind. You are carefree and light, as if flying through the clouds.
