Zhongtian Yiqi, now known as The Union of Three Hearts, is non-moving meditation practice in the Sheng Zhen Gong system. This meditation practice helps deepen one’s moving practices, and the moving practices strengthen one’s meditation. As this practice quiets the mind, one is able to return to the Beginning - to connect with the heart of Heaven, one’s own heart, and the heart of the Earth. With a tranquil and peaceful mind, one can go back to the beginning of time and see the world and one’s own life with renewed understanding.
